The hotel is in a great location and not far from the metro station. The breakfast is excellent and the reception staff are very nice.

Your kind remarks regarding our breakfast selection and the helpful attitude of our reception team are truly appreciated, and we are pleased to know these contributed positively to your stay.

Thank you also for your honest observations regarding housekeeping. Naturally, we fully credit your comments and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. In line with our textile policy, a linen change was scheduled for your room on 13 December, as our standard practice is to replace towels, linens, and bathrobes every three nights for environmental reasons. However, at this stage, we regret that we are unable to confirm with absolute certainty whether this service was effectively carried out. Please note that we are always happy to arrange more frequent changes, including daily service, upon request, and a textile guide is available in each room to assist guests in personalizing housekeeping services to their individual preferences.

Please be assured that we have reviewed your feedback in detail with our Housekeeping Manager and her team in order to reinforce expected procedures, and avoid any future misunderstandings.

Disappointing. mainly because bathroom size, cleaning services, bad smell and uncomfortable bed.

Regarding the size of the bathroom, we regret that it did not offer the comfort you were hoping for. For future visits, you may wish to consider selecting one of our higher category rooms, as these often provide a more spacious layout and additional amenities to help ensure a more comfortable stay. Our Reservation Team is always happy to assist with any individual preferences or requests, subject to availability.

We are also sorry to hear that the mattress did not suit your needs. Mattress comfort can be quite individual, and for your comfort, we can offer a firmer pad or mattress topper upon request at any time during your stay. We encourage guests to let us know of any concerns right away so that we can address them swiftly and help make your time with us as enjoyable as possible.

Séjour agréable du fait de la proximité de l'hotel du centre ville.
Déçu du personnel qui nous regardait de haut.
