Pro mě zklamání. O hotelu se nechystám vrátit.

Vážený hoste,

děkujeme, že jste si udělal čas a podělil se s námi o podrobnou zpětnou vazbu ohledně Vašeho nedávného pobytu v hotelu Continental Hotel Budapešť.

Jsme rádi, že jste ocenil naši centrální polohu, a doufáme, že to pozitivně přispělo k Vašemu pobytu.

Zároveň nás upřímně mrzí, že některé aspekty Vašeho pobytu nesplnily Vaše očekávání. Vaše připomínky týkající se problémů s údržbou Vašeho pokoje, včetně dálkového ovladače, držáku toaletního papíru, panelu za postelí a hluku z ventilace, si velmi vážíme. Přijměte prosím naši upřímnou omluvu za tyto nepříjemnosti, protože neodpovídají našim obvyklým standardům.

Je nám velmi líto, že jste během svého pobytu neměl možnost se s Vámi o tyto obavy podělit, a proto jsme je neměli možnost okamžitě řešit. Hotel de tres bon standing. Vraiment dommage que la literie ne fut pas à la hauteur de l hôtel

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié la qualité générale de notre hôtel, son emplacement privilégié, son niveau de propreté irréprochable et le service attentionné de notre équipe. Vos remarques positives sont très appréciées et constituent une source de motivation pour nous tous.

Cependant, nous regrettons sincèrement que le confort de votre lit n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et que cela ait affecté la qualité de votre sommeil. Nous comprenons combien une bonne nuit de sommeil est importante pour nos clients. Le confort du lit et de la literie étant une question personnelle, sachez que nous sommes toujours heureux de vous proposer des solutions alternatives, telles qu'un changement complet de la literie, un choix d'oreillers, un surmatelas plus ferme ou un surmatelas classique, afin d'améliorer votre expérience.

Nous nous excusons également pour les désagréments causés par la température et le bruit de la rue, en particulier lors de votre première nuit. nous avons donc payé trop cher pour ce que nous avons pu en profiter car nous nous voyons pas aller a la piscine sans notre bebe

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié notre emplacement central, la propreté de l'hôtel et la disponibilité de notre équipe. Vos aimables commentaires nous sont précieux.

Nous sommes toutefois désolés d'apprendre les désagréments que vous avez rencontrés, ainsi que votre déception concernant l'espace bien-être. Bien que notre hôtel accueille des clients de tous âges, certaines règles d'hygiène s'appliquent à l'utilisation de la piscine. Comme indiqué sur notre site web officiel et dans le règlement de notre espace bien-être, l'accès à la piscine est malheureusement restreint aux clients qui ne sont pas encore en mesure de respecter pleinement ces exigences.

Nous comprenons que les informations disponibles sur Booking.com n'étaient peut-être pas suffisamment claires et nous regrettons sincèrement toute confusion que cela a pu engendrer. Nous avons depuis clarifié ce point avec la plateforme afin d'éviter tout malentendu similaire à l'avenir.

Nous vous remercions également pour vos remarques concernant le minibar, la douche, la climatisation et le petit-déjeuner. Vos commentaires ont été transmis aux équipes concernées afin d'apporter des améliorations.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and all other staff in the hotel *****

The path from the parking garage to the reception is a bit complicated, the elevator in the garage only goes to the first floor, then you go down the hallway and use another elevator to get to the room.
If you go on foot, the stairs are well marked where the stairs to the garage go.

It is also pleasing to know that you found our location comfortable and relatively quiet despite being close to the vibrant center of Budapest.

At the same time, we truly appreciate your constructive remarks. We are sorry if accessing the hotel from the garage caused any inconvenience. The underground garage is connected to the reception level by elevator, and it is also accessible via stairs. Our colleagues are always happy to assist with directions and with luggage whenever needed. We understand that the layout may feel less straightforward, and we thank you for your patience.

We also regret the inconveniences you experienced in your room, particularly regarding the shower and temperature control. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team for thorough review.

Regarding the room temperature, as the milder spring weather arrives, our central heating system is gradually adjusted to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the hotel. We understand that personal comfort preferences may vary, and it can sometimes be challenging to meet every expectation perfectly. Therefore, we always encourage our guests to share any concerns during their stay, as our team is more than happy to assist—whether by adjusting or switching off the bathroom radiator or by providing a portable fan. Please also note that our air-conditioning system is not yet in cooling mode during this transitional period and is typically activated with the arrival of early summer temperatures.

Regarding the parking, kindly note that the availability of our underground garage and the applicable daily fee are indicated both on Booking.com and our official website. Nevertheless, please accept our apologies for any inconveniences encountered.
