We were happy with our first stay at the hotel in 2022, and this time we were very disappointed, due to everything described above. Errors can happen, but the hotel must fix things when the guests complaint about things like extreme heat in the room, and always be honest...

A good few days in Budapest
The only slight negative is the general area where it is quite neglected and seems like a poor relation to the Buda part of the city with a lot of homeless people and dirty streets
