Service level is great. Beds are a little old, renewing them would be good. Other than that, generally it is a very good hotel in a good location.

AS I mentioned above since our flight was at 10pm and most importantly I was really feeling bad because of my sickness, I got flu, I asked several times to let us to do late check out with an additional payment if needed. I was refused and they only let me stay in the hotel till 12:30. and i ended up sleeping on the sofa of the hotel lobby for couple of hours.

We enjoyed our stay. However we did not like the fact that we had to pay for the water, although it wasn’t clear since it wasn’t in the fridge! The staff wasn’t always helpful. When we wanted help it felt like we were bothering them. The consierge said he can’t help us with ordering train tickets…. He wasn’t very patient…we ended up cancelling our trip on the train….

Very enjoyable stay with courteous and helpful staff. The hotel was a 2 mile walk into the centre which was tiring for my husband and I..but probably only due to our age. Otherwise a good 3 night stay for us
