Generally a good overall experience. I did have a room at the end of the hallway on the sixth floor, so the WiFi cuts out continously, which made working from the hotel room nearly impossible at times.

Good service experience from the hotel staff except for the dining room manager who was unpleasant in behavior and did not allow hot drinks with milk substitutes for guests who do not drink regular milk that were in the coffee machines.
The hotel is clean and tidy, only the location is less pleasant after dark

Everything was perfect since the beginning. As a family, we had different rooms and a small child and everything was perfectly settled during our stay. Perfect location also - in the Jewish quarter. Main attractions walking distance

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the whole place has a luxurious feel. The rooftop pool was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come again!
