Very good experience, room and Cleanliness

nagyon jó 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, valószínű visszatérünk

Köszönjük szépen, hogy időt szakított tapasztalatai megosztására, és hogy kiváló értékeléssel tisztelt meg minket. Nagy öröm számunkra, hogy jól érezte magát nálunk, és értékelte a figyelmesen elkészített gyümölcstálat. Örömmel halljuk, hogy szállodánk elhelyezkedése, szobáink, tisztaságunk és személyzetünk gondoskodása hozzájárult a kellemes tartózkodásához.

Sajnáljuk, hogy az ár-érték arányt illetően nem volt teljesen elégedett, és hogy a wellness-részleggel kapcsolatban magasabb elvárásokkal érkezett. Tudomásul vettük észrevételét a medencével kapcsolatban; szeretnénk azonban megjegyezni, hogy városi szállodaként wellness-részlegünket elsősorban a pihenésre terveztük, mérete és felszereltsége ezért korlátozott. Vendégeinknek mindig javasoljuk, hogy inkább kellemes kiegészítőként tekintsenek rá, mint teljes körű spa-létesítményre, és köszönjük megértését e tekintetben.

Visszajelzése rendkívül fontos számunkra, köszönjük szépen támogatását. Még egyszer köszönjük értékes észrevételeit, és bízunk benne, hogy hamarosan újra vendégül láthatjuk Önt, egy még kellemesebb és élvezetesebb tartózkodásra.

Our stay was good, breakfast was good, only the mattress in the room was not comfortable, the cafe in the hotel is very nice.
