Very nice location a lot of things in walking distance,clean and nice .

We also value your feedback about the room size and temperature. Should you consider staying with us again, we would be pleased to recommend our larger room categories, such as Deluxe, Executive, or one of our spacious suites, for an even more comfortable experience. Regarding the room temperature, as the milder weather arrives, our central heating is gradually adjusted, but we understand that personal preferences can vary. Our team is always available to assist, whether by adjusting the bathroom radiator or providing a portable fan to help create a more comfortable climate.

We are, however, sorry if our wellness area did not fully meet your expectations. We always emphasize that, as a city hotel, this space is intended as a small extra indulgence, and we are grateful when our guests appreciate it as an added bonus to their stay.

Great city break .hotel was in great location plenty restaurants shops close by

To be refused water having paid for 3 nights is poor

We are pleased to read that you appreciated our convenient location for exploring Budapest, as well as the cleanliness of your room and the hotel overall. Your kind remarks about the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff are also greatly appreciated.

At the same time, we are sorry to learn about your experience during your early morning departure. Please accept our sincere apologies if the situation regarding the bottled water caused disappointment. Due to the early hour and the urgency of your taxi departure, our colleagues were unable to provide bottled water immediately at 3 a.m. We would like to kindly note that as fresh drinking water is available in every guest room's minibar, we do not keep additional stock at the Front Desk, and our bar is closed at that time. Of course, our intention is always to ensure guests can access refreshments as conveniently as possible, and we regret that this situation did not fully meet your expectations.

Your feedback has been shared with our Front Desk team for review, and as an additional measure, we are planning to install a water dispenser in the lobby so guests can have easy access to drinking water at any time.

Our overall experience met well over our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, the stay were polite and warm. The breakfast was a wide variety of food to meet everyone’s requirements

Lovely hotel, unfortunately the room temperature would stop me from returning or recommending

We are pleased to know that you found many aspects of your stay, such as our central location, high standards of cleanliness, attentive service, and overall value, to be positive. Your complimentary remarks in these areas are sincerely appreciated by our team and serve as valuable encouragement.

We are, however, very sorry to learn that the temperature in your room and the size of the shower detracted from your overall comfort. As the milder spring weather arrives, our central heating system is gradually reduced to maintain a pleasant environment; however, we understand that personal preferences may vary. We always encourage guests to let us know of any discomfort during their stay, as our team is happy to assist—whether by adjusting the individual bathroom radiator or providing a portable fan for added comfort. The air conditioning is typically switched to cooling mode with the onset of early summer when outside temperatures warrant it, and we regret any inconvenience this transitional period may have caused. Regarding the shower size, we appreciate your feedback and, for any future visit, would be glad to suggest one of our upgraded room categories, which often feature more spacious bathrooms.
