Apart from the location this experience was below par and not helped by being provided cold food and terrible service within the dining area. I would have been better to have booked breakfast outside as it may at least have been warm and provided by staff that can actually help their customers. I actually reported this on my 1st day to the manager because no hotplates were on - cold scrambled egg, cold beans, cold sausages, coffee machines not working....I should be due a refund.

Overall a good experience. But could do with some adjustments on replacing towels, condiments in room each day.
Staff could have handled a key in error on card machine better.

Excellent! I especially liked the heritage of the old art deco style that is genuine and not fake, restored from ruins. The house has a history.

Very good, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very good and clean. The breakfast was very nice, everyday we had fresh baked bread. And the location is near the city centre and main attractions. We were also very satisfied with the parking. We felt very safe and content.
