Overall a lovely hotel with great staff and good location but the he heat of the room was unacceptable for the cost of our 3 night stay
Also you had arranged for a dinner river cruise which we paid for through hotel and we had been advised that the cruise had been informed it was for our daughters 21st birthday but the cruise line had not acknowledged it in anyway whilst other party’s on board were celebrated
