Overall okay but also nothing special. The rooms were clean but the room service was only average. We needed to ask for towels twice (in three days) and never really got what we asked for (either only big or only small towels). The personel in the restaurant was very keen on tips although a rather high service charge is already added to each bill. The airport shuttle was finally 20% more expensive than indicated because of added taxes and service charges, so principally everything had a light bitter aftertaste.

I loved my week in the Continental Hotel. Such a beautiful and imaginatively reconstructed building (it's even prettier in real life than in the photographs!), and my room was extremely comfortable. Warm thanks to your staff (door, reception, bar--everywhere), who were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

The Continental made our stay in Budapest unforgettable. Comfortable rooms close to the Jewish quarter and very easy access to all the other city's quarters. We came for a concert and it was very easy to go and come back. Great staff and beautiful installations.
