nice hotel, easy access to transportation, I had an upgrade to my room and I was very pleased with it. breakfast was nice , I would like to had had some more vegetables and salad choices as well as some white liw fst cheeses

Great stay in a lovely hotel in a busy area, plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, streetfood and takeaways close by. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night where the food was tasty and the staff were very helpful with recommendations

Nicely located, close to all interesting spots esp. on bike that we could safely store in the parking garage.
Respectfull personnel and abundant breakfast.
Only improvement would be to leave towels on the hook as stated in your environmental mission, now they were renewed each day, such waste..

Good location, functional hotel but with no view - not a lot can be done there!

Generally a good overall experience. I did have a room at the end of the hallway on the sixth floor, so the WiFi cuts out continously, which made working from the hotel room nearly impossible at times.

Good service experience from the hotel staff except for the dining room manager who was unpleasant in behavior and did not allow hot drinks with milk substitutes for guests who do not drink regular milk that were in the coffee machines.
The hotel is clean and tidy, only the location is less pleasant after dark
