Very close to city center,the staff are friendly,I love everything about the hotel

We also appreciate your comments regarding the Deluxe room and note your observations about its size, particularly the shower. For future visits, we would be happy to recommend our suite category, which offers more generous space and may better suit your needs. We understand your disappointment regarding the temporary closure of our wellness area and pool. These enhancements—including essential maintenance, a new sauna, and a salt room—were carried out to improve long-term guest comfort and were communicated on our website and booking platforms since January 13. We are pleased to share that the renovation has now been successfully completed, and the renewed wellness area has been welcoming guests since March 1. While some services were temporarily limited during your stay, our team endeavored to ease any inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize if our efforts fell short.

Good location,but it was really disturbing that wellness was under construction, soft mattress, cleaning kit for 25eur!!,not enough plates at breakfast,doors in the rooms are very loud when they close

We also noted your concerns about mattress comfort, towels, and room noise. For future visits, please feel free to let us know your preferences so we can provide additional support. Regarding the vanity box, its contents are, of course, complimentary, and the €25 charge only applies to the decorative box if a guest wishes to take it home.

We apologize for all the inconveniences encountered during your visit. For a more relaxed breakfast experience, we recommend visiting earlier in the service.
