Overall good experience. The breakfast can be improved: There were no teapots available at the hot drink corner. I had to ask every time at bar and there were only few teapots available, partially without cover. The bread quality was not good for a four star hotel. It looked like a frozen one which was baked in the hotel. Even the frozen ones may have a better quality, please change your supplier or select a better quality.

Very good hotel. Rom 346 was a bit noisy because of the lift.

Très bien, hôtel très bien avec services bon, cependant point de vue localisation je pense que l'hôtel risque de perdre des clients à la longue. Je le verrais mieux soit dans le centre commerçant soit côté Buda

Sehr gutes Stadthotel und mit Ausnahme von 2-3 Mitarbeitern alle sehr beflissen. Vor allen Dingen Janoz, der mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat.

Nice, good friendly staff, helpful! I didn't use the gym, as it didn't open until 9am, thus a little too late......most hotel gyms open at 7am, which allows for a workout before breakfast, then to do the sightseeing trips etc.

Mattress were too soft and we all woke up with backache and therefore were probably old and needed replacing. You have to call every time you wish for towels to be replaced otherwise they will not be. Location good , for English people it is like Shoreditch, good to get to sights but area a little tatty round the edges with an up and coming vibe. If the hotel wishes to improve :few more tables/ chairs or sun loungers required. There were very few sunbeds for the size of the hotel , so on a sunny day people were putting their towels on the floor and lying across them. Generally pleasant stay.
