Guest amenity: The complimentary champagne was a thoughtful gesture and partially mitigated the poor check-in experience; although we did not open it, it was appreciated. However, it did not fully offset our overall dissatisfaction.

Centrally located, very nice touch of classic elegant, kept clean and tidy, good professional service skills at the reception desk. Slightly too big of a price for the parking, considering the narrow conditions, both entering/exiting as well as inside. But the parking places are big enough.

Very affordable and great ambience! Breakfast was great! Staff are very courteous! Our bedroom is comfy and neat (well-maintained). I’ll recommended to everyone who wanted to visit Budapest, location is great!
