Bit disappointing
We are delighted that you particularly appreciated our central location and high standards of cleanliness. Your praise for our team's service is also a valuable confirmation of our daily commitment.
At the same time, we are very sorry that your stay in a single room did not meet your expectations. Of course, single rooms are smaller than double rooms. We still have "classic" single rooms in our hotel, which is also due to the original layout of the building. In the past, we were often able to upgrade you from your booked single room to a double room free of charge. This time it was not possible and we ask for your understanding. Furthermore, the room rate was higher last week due to a trade fair.
