The hotel went above and beyond to help us with a problem where we'd left something behind and only realised once we'd reached Zurich. With a small number of communications a suitable resolution was found. Excellent staff and also very honest to in this instance. Thankyou

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel we were greeted in a very polite and welcoming manner.
All the staff that we encountered from check in to check out were very polite, friendly and well trained.
Special mention to Laura in the Resteraunt who was exceptionall in her service.
When next in Munich we will definitely stay at the Hotel again.
