Tutto perfetto, posizione perfetta, staff gentile e disponibile

Zentrale Lage, gut mit allen öff. Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, ansprechendes Zimmer, ruhig zur Rückseite gelegen, leider noch mit Badewanne; gepflegtes Restaurant mit regionalem Angebot, sorgfältiger Service.

Gut geführt. Traditionelle Atmosphäre, aber moderne Prozesse. Unterscheidet sich angenehm von der Vielzahl der Business-Hotels.

Please not that the room was the category you booked. On our website we may just show examples of the rooms. If you did not like the style and decoration of the provided room, you might have contacted the reception team and they would have looked for a different room.
The more severe is the fact that you had reason to complain about the cleanliness of the room. It should always be impeccable and well checked before a guest enters a room. We apologize for this carelessness. We hope you had a pleasant time with us and in Munich nevertheless, and we would be delighted to welcome you back during your next stay in Munich to convince you of our services then.
