Bad. Shower didn’t work

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you have not been satisfied with your stay and had to claim a problem with the shower. As our technical team informed us the shower suspension was defective which was in fact just a little repair, but regrettably we could not fix immediately and as an alternative could not provide you another room as the hotel was fully booked. We are very sorry that you left our hotel with a negative impression and we hope that we may have the possibility to welcome you again to convince you of our services then.

Thank you for accepting our invitation to review us. We are delighted with your positive feedback and that you have been generally satisfied with our services. Of course, we are always interested in our guests' feedback, which can point us to areas where things aren't working smoothly and where we can improve. We therefore thank you for your comments.
Please be informed that the spots on the bathroom floor are not are not attributable to a lack of hygiene but but were caused by the use of a cleaning agent in the past that was not suitable for marble. Due to a defective seal in the shower it was not working properly. We kindly ask to accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
