Vor Ort war alles ok, aber die komplette Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Art und Weise der "Betreuung" habe ich so noch nie von einem Münchner Hotel erlebt und ich werde deshalb wenn es möglich ist, nicht mehr mit Ihnen zusammen arbeiten.

Herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine ausführliche Rückmeldung zu Ihrem Aufenthalt genommen haben.

Es freut uns, dass Sie mit der Sauberkeit, dem Service und dem Zustand Ihres Zimmers zufrieden waren und die Abläufe vor Ort insgesamt als positiv wahrgenommen haben.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie mit der Kommunikation und der Abwicklung der Reervierung nicht zufrieden waren. At the same time, we regret that we did not receive a response to your request regarding the bathroom faucet and that the placement of the shower screen made getting in and out of the bathtub difficult.
