Disappointed in the lack of customer service when it was confirmed that the air was not circulating and just brought a fan instead of offering to move me to another room. The street was too loud to sleep with the window open

We are very sorry to hear that we have not been able to meet you expectations. A room move to one of our superior rooms would have clearly been the right measure in that situation and this is what we usually offer. We will investigate, why this option was not mentioned to you.
