Prima hotel op een fantastische locatie. Kamers mogen een upgrade krijgen - bedden en beddengoed zijn nu al geweldig. Ik zou wel zeggen dat de badkamers nu al een upgrade moeten krijgen….

It's strange you have to pay a warranty of 250€

Yes, we do have to start this system as in former days a creditcard imprint or number was enough to do late charges but at present time this is not accepted anymore as there is double check when doing late charge and so not possible anymore. Overall I am extremely dissapounted of the guy in the reception who didn’t upgrade us to a better room/suite - as expedia-Gold-member! He lied director to my face telling there were no better rooms! But according to hotels.com there were plenty of suites and rooms with view etc….

Dear Guest, Upgrade is not automatic. As it is a promotion, the suites that are used for that as we have an allotment for this marketing action, was already taken.

C’est ma deuxieme visite dans votre hotel et surement pas la derniere. Je choisi votre hôtel pour la localisation centrale avec l’accès facile à plusieurs restaurant et magasins. J’apprécie le travail des femmes de chambres, ma chambre étaient très propre tout le long de mon séjour. Aucun coin rond comme au dit au Québec quand le ménage est fait mais pas en profondeur. Quand je vais à l’ hôtel, je remarque toujours la poussière laisser en arrière du téléviseur ou bien les bord de fenêtre, ce qui n’est pas le cas à votre hôtel tout est extrêmement propre. J’apprécie aussi la gentiellesse et le professionalisme de tout votre personnel. Merci et à bientôt j’espère.

The hotel is well placed for access to the ville haute . The staff were extremely attentive to our needs . Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really good experience. Loved it. Minor faults; I object to having 250 Euros charged to my card on arrival as though I am going to run off with the contents of my room. A negative first impression. Also the hotel was strangely warm. Even though there appeared to be no heating in the room it was very warm - but happily the windows opened and the location is fairly quiet so we kept the window wide open (this is late October) and it was fine.

A nice hotel with excellent location. Friendly staff.
Hotel is dated and bedroom and en suite needs some updating. Shower is powerfull but very awkward to handle.
Only 3 very soft pillows for a double bed and 2 single quilts rather than a double quilt.
