We stayed 3 nights and will never return to this hotel. Room was clean but carpet & drapes were dirty. We had to check out early at 6.45am on last day so couldn’t have breakfast which we paid for. The lovely waitress spent 10 min to check if they could provide us a sandwich to take with us when we check out the next day. However the rude staff at reception not only said no sandwich for us but also wanted us to pay extra 10 euros. A mistake he admitted but didn’t apologise. He just wanted us gone & refused to talk or look at us. A rude staff!!! Luxembourg is lovely but stay away from this horrible hotel.

Worst hotel I have stayed in for years. My room on 2nd.floor was extremely warm with no ventilation or AC. And when I opened the window it was so much noise from the outside that you could not even listen to TV and have a normal conversation inside the room. Managed to sleep for 3 hours. If you for any reason decide to stay in this hotel, you have to insist on rooms that are not facing the streets

Didn't you read any comments or at the booking there is everywhere well noted that we do not have any airconditionning. We give fans in case of any request. Did you ask reception? Disappointed as hotel is not up to standard

Dear Guest, I think you did not chose the right hotel. Didn't you read that we have no airconditionning. In times of ecological thoughts this is not the right way. Chose a modern hotel next time. Best regards, Carlo Cravat

Great to visit the Cravat again. Lovely to be in such a central location.

Depósito de garantia alto. Quase injustificável ou absurda tal exigência.

Dear Guest, I am happy to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and that my staff and my amenities really met your expectations and even above in order to give us the maximum of rating. Concerning the guarantee we ask at check-in is due to new european legislation to do late charge if necessary in case the guest forget to say that he had drinks in the mini bar or any other expenses. Very enjoyable. Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room although the shower arrangement is unsatisfactory.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ein bisschen mehr Schein als Sein. Personal sehr gut und anständig gekleidet. Leider beim Suchen von Lösungen und beim Frühstücksservice nicht kundenorientiert. Das Personal an der Reception zeigte sich stets sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das machte einen guten Eindruck.

Sehr geehrter Gast, wir bedanken uns für Ihre Kommentare die Positiven und die Anderen. Es ist wahr dass wir Frühstück erst ab 07h00 servieren. Es ist wahr dass wir 27 Euro verrechen wenn Sie am gleichen Tag bestellen sont wenn im Preis inbegriffen ist es billiger da wir ja Ihre Person am Tag vorher eingerechnet haben. Ich hoffe dass Sie in den anderen Hotels wegen Ihrer Allergie positivere Momente haben werden. ich weiss aus Erfahrung dass meine Freunde die auch so eine Allergie haben, kleine Pillchen mit sich tragen um im Zweifelsfall die Situation zu kompensieren und so aber einen guten Frühstück ohne Angst zu sich nehmen können.
