Alles bij elkaar is het meer dan tevreden. Het enige waar meer aandacht aan gegeven mag worden is het bed, zoals ik al eerder zei.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed. We hope to come back again when we want the chance to unwind, enjoy good food and comfortable hotel facilities

Unpleasant experience.

I never slept with the street noise. I failed to mention on check out that I bumped my leg as I was distracted by the receptionist, been asked about a mini bar in our room that we were not even aware of its existance. With no air-conditioning in the room I hit my leg off a stool opening the window at night as I could not sleep resulting on a small blood stain on there sheet which could easily be removed. I was charged €50 for the please of bumping.

Dear Guest, We thank you for your comment. Sorry that you needed a fan in wintertime. Maybe a more modern hotel, for example a chain hotel will be more suitable for your next stay in our nice suburbs of our city where traffic and life is at night also much more quiet. Best regards, Carlo Cravat
