C'est vraiment un "grand" hotel!

Unpleasant experience.

I never slept with the street noise. I failed to mention on check out that I bumped my leg as I was distracted by the receptionist, been asked about a mini bar in our room that we were not even aware of its existance. With no air-conditioning in the room I hit my leg off a stool opening the window at night as I could not sleep resulting on a small blood stain on there sheet which could easily be removed. I was charged €50 for the please of bumping.

Un 4 étoiles qui a perdu de son éclat. La situation est parfaite, l'établissement est d'une très belle architecture historique mais il y a des éléments à moderniser.

Si nous devons revenir à Luxembourg, c'est dans cet hôtel que nous reviendrons.
