a nice stay in a hotel with the atmosphere of the past, especially in important days for Luxembourg - the accession of Prince William to the throne;) the whole city is really nice

It was just ok. Most disappointing is the situation with the deposit. I understand the need for it. On checking in we were told it would not come out of the account. It came out immediately. We queried this and were told it was normal! On checking out we were told it would be released back to our account by noon. It wasn’t. I wrote, via booking.com to ask for clarification. No response. I have now phoned 24 hours later and been told we may not get it until Monday. I have never had this situation before and thing it is poor.

Dear Guest, Vintage and iconic for our hotel brings some disadvantages in comparaison to newly built hotels. Sorry for the misunderstanding concenring the guarantee that was only blocked and not taken. Best regards, Carlo Cravat

Overall, I was very satisfied, especially with the location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and breakfast. Some furniture in the room could be replaced, but everything was clean.

I would stay here again but not expect much in the way of breakfast.
