Decent but out dated rooms.
Nice that the hotel upgraded our room when the bath did not function properly

Het hotel heeft nog steeds de sfeer van vroeger behouden met de mooie inkomhal en lift maar heeft verder alle comfort. Het was een plezier om hier te mogen verblijven

In der Bar wurden wir etwas übergriffig empfangen

Heerlijk hotel, mooie grote kamer, goed ontbijt en service.
Eén minpuntje: de kussens zijn te zacht

Generally excellent experience, although the single room was too warm with minimal ventilation. Staff were fantastic at greeting and providing assistance where needed

Das Grand Hotel Cravat ist liebenswürdig in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat das sehr gefallen. Dass bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten unsere Handtücher und sogar unsere Bettwäsche (!) ungefragt nach einer Nacht ausgewechselt wurden, halten wir jedoch für fragwürdig. Diese Verschwendung von Ressourcen empfinden wir in der heutigen Zeit als nicht nachhaltig und vollkommen unnötig.

Lieber Gast, wir bedanken uns für Ihre netten Kommentare über unser Büffet und werde mit der Hausdame wie von Ihnen vorgeschlagen die Bettwäsche nur am 2ten Tag wechseln. Auch der Punkt mit dem Halter und dem Föhn werden wir nachbessern. Hochachtungsvoll, Carlo Cravat

Bad customer service. They didn’t solve our problem and be ungry because we wrote by booking
