Personnel très bien. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Du mal à fermer ou ouvrir les armoires. Salle de bains très grande. Petit dejeuner excellent. L hôtel est ancien et reste très agréable. Lieu cosy.

Comfortable welcoming hotel who cheerfully sorted out my error in booking and provided excellent service.

Very satisfying. The staff was helpfull and kind EWERYTHING WAS TOP! But I mande a written observation about the lack of a "teppich in der Badewanne" (Sorry, o dont know this in English), because an elderly person loke me could fall and breake something, and this would be Very desagreable for the client AND THE HOTEL !!

Friendly front desk staff, nice room, great breakfast and wonderful location. Room was hot during the afternoon hour facing SW, nice to put a fan in the room.

Very good hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Unfortunately it was hotter than usual during our stay in Luxembourg, and not having any air conditioning in the room didn’t make the experience more comfortable, unfortunately.
The staff was friendly enough to provide us a fan, but it didn’t solve the problem.
Other than that, nothing to complain.

Omdat ik geen credit card heb moest ik de borg contant betalen. Dat mocht niet met mijn debetkaart. Dus ik moest naar pinautomaat om 250 euro te pinnen, die ik vervolgens bij uitchecken weer in portemonnee moest stoppen. Dat vind ik echt belachelijk en niet meer van deze tijd; ik gebruik al jaren geen cash meer. Daarom raad ik een verblijf in dit hotel af.

Dear Guest, If you travel you must put a higher limit on your credit cards as more and more hotels and restaurants tend to ask guarantees at reservation or check-in for eventual expenses. In our case you knew it very well as it is well noted in the reservation process. Best regards, Carlo Cravat
