Inoubliable! Monsieur Carlo, votre accueil personnalisé, votre amabilité et votre courtoisie sont remarquables, ainsi que celles de votre personnel.. Le Grand Hôtel Cravat est un établissement où l'authenticité de la "belle époque" est préservée; charme absolu! Confort à la hauteur du standing d'un 4 étoiles. Petit bémol: il est dommage voire "tristounet" que le bar soit fermé...

Cher client, Un grand merci pour votre commentaire fort sympathique. Il est vrai qu'il est dommage que le bar "Le Trianon" soit fermé mais actuellement la situation ne permet pas de l'ouvrir avec un minimum d'ambiance comme les clients manquent dans et autour de l'hôtel.

Perfecte locatie, alles om de hoek. Super vriendelijk personeel. Beetje warm 's ochtends. I.v.m. de corona, was er een buffet, maar de bediening schepte alles voor je op. Goed geregeld!

The overall experience was great except the fact that somebody was constantly smoking on the 5th floor where was the room I stayed in. The smell was so strong so I had to keep the windows opened while slleping. That was a huge disappointment and made the stay much less comfortable.
