only asked me my room number when I have breakfast, did not ask others did not re-filled the foods when the food empty

did not come back again in the summer due to lack of Air Conditioning, and no fan was offered to me during a particularly hot stay in May. Wi-Fi access is improved, but I could not access my private email server during the entire stay. My colleagues stayed on another floor and end of hall, and their Wi-Fi access seemed to work better than where my room was located. No drawers in room for clothing, and shelf missing from closet. After two requests, a shelf was replaced. Chain lock to room was broken, and I needed to request repair twice as well. I have stayed in same room several times, but will not accept or request this room again.

Very pleasant. The temperature in the hotel was a little high for us and I would prefer a wider choice for breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall a very good stay.

Dear Guest, yes, in some rooms the heat is a bit higher but in wintertime it is not really a problem. For the breakfast we will see what we can do to imrove without overdoing it.

Expérience très satisfaisante, personnel très aimable. Le point le plus positif est la salle de bain (déco/équipement/propreté). Le point le moins positif est le matelas de lit (vraiment trop mou).

Cher client, un grand merci pour vos commentaires sur votre séjour.
Je vais voir avec la gouvernante le point concernant le matelas comme cela devrait être un sujet seulement positif.
Pourrais-je vous demander de me faire le même commentaire sur Tripadvisor avec 5 points afin d'aider ma visibilité à ce niveau.

I love this place. My favorite in Luxembourg, where I often go for work.
