It is a very nice hotel, and I keep coming back. Bu the internet service is cumbersome and not consistently reliable. To keep signing in and to have o repeatedly get new codes for Username and passwords is also difficult.It would be much easier and is the norm in almost all hotels to sign in once only, and to then use the room number and last name for the UN and PW access.

Very nice. The hotel is placed in the middle of the city. Nice room and bath with a tub. We had a room with a view!

Cravat is a very old fashioned place, nice and tidy.

Very, very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The turn down service in the room every evening (with a lovely apple) was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the room being a little too warm (better than too cold though) our stay was very pleasurable.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice location, good overall Service. One bad thing is that you have to pay for wifi. Nowadays it's free everywhere.

Dear Guest, thank you for your positive comments. Yes, wifi is for free in executive rooms or if you stay in the bar and enjoy a drink else it is combined with a fee.
