Globalement satisfait. Chambre bruyante jusqu à 1h et à partir de 5h.

Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous êtes globalement satisfait de votre expérience ainsi que de notre emplacement, idéal pour découvrir la ville.

Nous sommes toutefois sincèrement désolés pour les nuisances sonores rencontrées en chambre, notamment en début et fin de nuit. Nous comprenons parfaitement l’impact que cela peut avoir sur la qualité du sommeil, et nous regrettons la gêne occasionnée. Votre remarque concernant l’emplacement de la chambre a bien été notée et sera prise en compte lors de nos prochaines attributions afin de mieux adapter les chambres aux besoins de tranquillité de nos clients.

A great place to stay when visiting the Loire Valley. Centrally located in Tours with lovely restaurants, bars, shops and the city centre all within 15 minutes’ walk. Our room was spacious with good amenities, and the hotel also offers a secure car park. We were not disappointed with our choice. In particular, it was ideal for our planned visits to the wonderful chateaus, towns and villages both east and west of Tours.
