Il soggiorno complessivamente è stato bello, ma la reception e l'accoglienza deve essere migliore. Deve esserci professionalità e sicuramente saper accogliere un cliente all'interno della struttura e farlo sentire "bene". Non ci ritorneremo l' anno prossimo.
