Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders im Frühstücksraum und beim Zimmerservice. Zimmer mit Defekten bzw. Eigenschaften, die nicht sein sollten: Linkes Oberlichtfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, weil der Griffhebel kaputt ist. Duschtemperatur lässt sich nicht regulieren. Nachts stört der Dauerlauf der Badentlüftung.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Im Bad hing nur noch das Gestell des Kosmetikspiegels. Die Handtücher waren abgenutzt und dünn. Der Teppich auf den Gängen voller großer Flecke. Der Empfang an der Rezeption wie immer sehr unhöflich. Wieso soll ich als Geschäftsreisender erst die City-Tax im Hotel zahlen und sie mir dann von irgendwoher erstatten lassen?

The hotel was really artistic and clean, it is quite at the middle of Berlin.
Thus, all reception were really polite and welcoming and supportive specially Iranian woman.
Thank you all for the facilities and hospitality.

The facility and theme are excellent. The service staff and restaurant were very polite, professional, and great at their respective jobs. The front desk unfortunately were less than professional, and could use remedial training on professionalism and courtesy in the hospitality industry. The location is ideal; close to the city but far enough to avoid the hustle & bustle.
