The facility and theme are excellent. The service staff and restaurant were very polite, professional, and great at their respective jobs. The front desk unfortunately were less than professional, and could use remedial training on professionalism and courtesy in the hospitality industry. The location is ideal; close to the city but far enough to avoid the hustle & bustle.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das Zimmer entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Es war sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das gesamte Personal war hilfsbereit und stets freundlich.

so weit alles in ordnung, hier und da gibt es noch Dinge die besser gemacht werden können.. z.b. öters mal das Laub zusammen kehren....erster Eindruck am roten Teppich zählt ja auch ...
