Bij aankomst was het fijn dat we al in de parkeergarage mochten parkeren. We zijn daarna de stad ingegaan. Om 14.55u zijn we gaan inchecken. We moesten nog even wachten, totdat de kamer klaar was, dus hebben onze koffers uit de auto gehaald. Volgens mij werden we geholpen door een stagiaire, want ze was niet zo spraakzaam. Toen we na 15u weer bij de receptie kwamen, ben ik gaan vragen of de kamer klaar was. Het antwoord was nee (vanaf 15u zou de kamer klaar moeten zijn). We hebben 40 min in de lobby gezeten. Toen ik nog eens ging vragen zeiden ze dat de kamer zeker al klaar was. Slechte communicatie dus.
De kamer stonk behoorlijk. Een muffe schimmelachtige geur kwam van de badkamer. Handdoeken werden slecht vernieuwd en heb zelfs 1x om wc papier moeten vragen.
Het ontbijt was goed. Veel keuze, broodjes, pannenkoeken, ei, veel kaas/vlees, fruit, yoghurt etc.
