Der fehlende Aufzug ist ein echtes Defizit,da 4.Etage und Hilfe beim Tragen stand auch nicht zur Verfügung!

Mit meiner Familie habe ich ein Wochenende in Berlin verbracht. Wir sind auf das Hotel gekommen, da die sonst von uns bevorzugten Hotels leider ausgebucht waren.
Die Lage ist gut, jedoch besteht ein Investitionsstau, d.h. das Hotel müsste aus unserer Sicht dringend renoviert werden.

We are very happy about our stay at Hotel Art Noveau. We will recommend it to others.
Two areas of improvement:
Broetchen were not top quality
Not easy to use soap or shampoo when using the shower. We needed our own hand soap.

the rooms were very nice and tidy, the owner was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was always fresh and rich
