Déçus par rapport à notre séjour precedent

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions concernant votre récent séjour chez nous. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement idéal à Nice, proche du parking et des attractions locales.

Cependant, nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes par rapport à votre précédent séjour. Les problèmes que vous avez rencontrés lors de votre arrivée sont inacceptables et ne reflètent pas les standards que nous visons à offrir. Nous avons bien noté vos remarques concernant la disponibilité tardive de votre chambre ainsi que les soucis liés aux installations sanitaires et à la salle de bain.

I wanted to love this hotel. The location was ideal and I love the Matisse influence throughout the hotel. Back in time it was probably all that I wanted it to be. We were there one night so we endured. It has so much potential but needs some real care and attention and updates to the linens. Someone should visit the rooms to see what needs fixed or replaced. Feels like a 4 star walking into the lobby but the stay felt more like a 2 star.

We paid extra for a superior room but there was nothing special about it. As mentioned the carpet was awful. Badly stained. It definitely needs replacing.

bon emplacement, bon service et belles chambres.
