The front desk was very helpful. Seck was a pleasure to deal with.

It is wonderful to learn that your interactions with our front desk team were pleasant and that you found them particularly helpful during your stay.

We truly value your suggestions regarding the glassware provided in the room and have taken note of your feedback about adding proper wine glasses to enhance our guests' experience.

Very busy hotel but the staff seemed to cope well ,with a very good attitude.Very good facilities and great location

Very comfortable and well located. BUT you shouldn’t advertise wi-fi. It would sign on and then fail constantly in our room. Was unusable. It works in the lobby but to expect guests to go to the lobby is ridiculous.
Housekeeping skipped our room for two days.

Very nice stay at the beau rivage. Would stay again and would recommend to friends & family

Hotel is great and in a great place, staff are great and very helpful.
