Schönes Hotel in bester Lage.
Ohne die Absperrpfosten auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus wäre das Ausladen einfacher gewesen

Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich der Absperrpfosten auf dem Parkplatz ernst, da wir stets bestrebt sind, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. A comfortable and clean hotel located very close to the beach and having its own private beach area (at an extra cost). It is okay in the old town of niece which is by far the best area of the town and I would definitely recommend and return.

Some of the staff were not very helpful. One incident in particular - we were on our way out and thought maybe we should take an umbrella. My friend and my husband went to the desk to request an umbrella each. The gentleman at the counter would not give two umbrellas because he insisted they were a couple, even though they said they were from different rooms. My husband got so frustrated with him, that he finally just went up to our room to look for our umbrella. We knew umbrellas were limited, but the way they were spoken to was unacceptable in a hotel. My husband nor my friend are rude people until they are treated disrespectfully.

Good experience , the staff at the reception was very professional . Point of lack was the breakfast

Very good. We had some problema at the start with the park. I rate the hotel 4 stars cause the payment for the beach Is allowed only in cash and I had to go outside and reach a bank to make the payment
