Globalement satisfait pour quelques jours,mais manque un peu de charme pour un 4 étoiles

Nous vous remercions sincèrement d'avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions suite à votre séjour dans notre établissement. Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez été globalement satisfait, en particulier par notre emplacement central ainsi que par la qualité du service et de l'accueil.

Nous prenons également note de vos remarques concernant la décoration des chambres et l'état de la moquette. Votre retour est précieux et nous allons examiner ces points afin d'améliorer l'expérience offerte à nos clients.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous apprécions votre suggestion sur les jus de fruits pressés maison et nous envisagerons cette option pour enrichir notre offre.

Sehr zentral gelegene Hotel, mit freundlichen Personal. Leider ist der Innenhof nicht gepflegt und sollte damit auch nicht beworben werden. Mein Wunsch nach 2 Einzelbetten wurde erst nach vehementer Urgenz berücksichtigt. Der fleckige Teppich in meinen superior Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.

Ottimo soggiorno a due passi da tutto.

La ringraziamo sinceramente per aver condiviso la sua esperienza positiva con noi. Siamo entusiasti di sapere che ha apprezzato la nostra posizione centrale, il servizio dedicato e l'accoglienza calorosa che cerchiamo sempre di offrire ai nostri ospiti.

A bit disappointing with the room.

However, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced with Room 404 not meeting your expectations as a superior room. Your comments about space constraints due to shutters are valuable and will be reviewed by our team as we assess our accommodations.

Additionally, we regret that there were inconsistencies in cleanliness during your stay. This is certainly not reflective of our usual standards, and we will address this matter directly with our housekeeping staff to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
