We enjoyed our stay at the hotel even though we had to change rooms after the first night owing to street noise and small problems encountered with the room. These problems were addressed by the reception staff with the minimum of fuss. The second room facing into the patio on the first floor was much calmer and was fully functional. Whilst the room was very comfortable it could have been enhanced by the provision of bottled water without having to purchase from the minibar. The bathroom shampoo/gel dispenser was also not of the standard expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast choice was extensive. There was the occasional wait for items to be replenished but the hotel was quite busy. The room had sufficient seating although it was a tight squeeze around the hot buffet section. The service was polite and quietly efficient with tables cleared and hot drinks brought to the table. We didn't have a drink in the bar as we thought the prices were far too expensive.
