I Felt unsafe in the area we were in at the back of the hotel in an annexe as people kept wedging the fire door open with rocks. If there had been a fire, it would have spread exceptionally quickly and the smoke would have been a problem for guests as well as fire spreading more quickly. You need to educate the staff better about fire . It’s the mindset of people who don’t understand what happens when there is a fire.
We are deeply concerned to hear about your experience with the fire door in the annexe area. Safety is our top priority, and we take such matters very seriously. Please rest assured that we will address this issue immediately by reinforcing our safety protocols with our staff to prevent any recurrence in the future.
