Very nice location but you will loose customers, if air/water problems are not fixed.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our prime location and found our reception, bar, and breakfast service satisfactory. However, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the issues with air conditioning and hot water during your stay.
