We loved the beach club experience. It was easy to get to and the staff was excellent, taking care of everyone and making everyone feel relaxed.

The TV did not change channels and the sink did not drain properly. We put in two requests to fix both and they were never fixed.

The rooms need a complete renovation and stained carpets removed.

On avait une chambre avec terrasse. Les chaises longues étaient sales, le sol de la terrasse était sale. Il est nécessaire de faire beaucoup de rénovations dans votre hôtel: le plafond du lobby, les ascenseurs, les chambres …

Excellent for location. Would just have liked the location to have been a bit more peaceful. Guess you cannot have it both ways in the city!
