Nous tenons tout d'abord à nous excuser pour l'absence de la facture que vous avez demandée par mail. Nous comprenons l'importance de ce document et nous allons nous assurer qu'il vous soit envoyé rapidement.

Concernant les problèmes d’odeur dans votre chambre et votre salle de bain, cela ne reflète pas nos normes habituelles de propreté et de confort, et nous allons immédiatement enquêter sur cette situation pour éviter qu'elle ne se reproduise à l'avenir.

I would not hesitate to come back to Nice and stay at the Beau Rivage
