I would say hotel is very average, rooms desperately need refreshing. Location is fantastic but there is nowhere in the hotel to enjoy the location, everywhere dark.
The few minor issues we did have such as dispensers in bathroom empty, not working were not dealt with well. Room cards not working several times. Nothing major but annoying

Wonderful hotel for visiting Nice. Larger rooms have great space and storage, large bathrooms and lovely light.

Very good. We came back second time for a reson cause we thought it was great the first time

Correcte, c'est pour cela que nous revenons depuis plus de 10 ans... L'intérieur de l'ascenseur serait à refaire (délabré depuis 2 ans, sans rénovation) et autres petits détails comme la salle de bain au carrelage moyen.

Good location for visit in the city, unfortunately there is no pool area.
