Overall the experience was good, the location was great, check in was easy, and they held our bags for us once we checked out. The thing that really brought down my review was the WiFi not working in our room. I really needed it as my data was very slow (if it worked at all).
However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the WiFi issues in your room. We understand how important reliable internet access is for our guests, especially when needing it for work or personal use.
