We had a wonderful time in Nice! The hotel is perfectly located, the service excellent with friendly staff. Maybe some of the rooms should be upgraded to a more modern standard?

The location was excellent. Overall we had a good experience. The front desk was very friendly & helpful.

We also appreciate your candid comments regarding areas where we can improve. I sincerely apologize for the condition of the carpet in your room and understand how this may have affected your comfort during your stay. Please rest assured that we take cleanliness very seriously, and I will be addressing this issue with our housekeeping team to ensure it is rectified promptly.

Additionally, I regret to hear about the insufficient lighting in the bathroom as well as the lack of outlets; these are important aspects of guest comfort, and we will look into making necessary improvements.

Would have been excellent but for the shower.

Great location with access to the beach, market and restaurants. Perfect for walking on the Promenade and sightseeing. Proximity to the airport and train station is a big incentive.

Très bon séjour, emplacement top et personnel très disponible et sympathique
