The lobby is nice but the rooms could be better. It was tolerable for one night.
We take cleanliness very seriously and it is concerning to learn about the issues you encountered with the room's condition and the presence of insects. Please be assured that we will address these matters with our housekeeping team immediately to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future.
Additionally, we understand how important a comfortable environment is for our guests. Your feedback regarding the air conditioning unit and window screens has been noted; we will explore options for improvements in these areas as well.
