Great spot to explore Nice or go the beach. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Lobby is spotless and comfortable and quite attractive

The facilities are excellent- beach club , spa , location all superb

De locatie is een grote pré. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Echter de badkamer is niet geschikt voor ouderen of mensen die slechter ter been zijn, daar er in bad gedouchet moet worden. Het ontbreken van warm water is een teleurstelling. De kamers zelf kunnen een update gebruiken, maar voldoen wel.
Als de badkamer is gerenoveerd, is dit hotel zeker een aanrader.

Het spijt ons echter zeer te vernemen dat uw verblijf niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldeed, vooral wat betreft de badkamerfaciliteiten. We begrijpen hoe belangrijk comfort is, vooral voor gasten die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben bij hun verblijf. Absolutely loved Nice but the problems encountered at the hotel especially the hot water and disgusting cleaners spoiled it for us.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience two days without hot water, especially on your check-out day. Please know that this is not typical of our standards, and we are currently investigating this matter further to ensure it does not happen again in the future.

Additionally, we regret that your experience with our room service breakfast did not meet expectations due to incorrect items being delivered and a lack of essential supplies like milk. We will address these concerns with our team to improve our service quality moving forward.

Most importantly, we are very sorry to hear about the unpleasant interaction between your wife and our cleaning staff. This behavior is unacceptable, and we take such matters seriously as part of our commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

I loved staying at Beau Rivage and I would like to make the hotel my regular place to stay in Nice, which i visit every year over the past thirty years, excluding the pandemic period. There was another hotel i used to frequent after trying many others but they are now under new management and not so conveniently located, although they did offer great facilities and friendlystaff.
The Beau Rivage has an interesting history and are partnered with Mattisse Museum for free entrance to guests. It would have been good if they had given us this information at check-in as we visited the Mattisse Museum and paid the full entrance fees. This is just a minor issue however, because we enjoyed the copies of Mattisse work around the hotel and in our rooms.
Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay with friendly staff with areas to relax like the lovely, peaceful patio area that no one seems to use. It was always empty at different times of the day.
I recommend the Beau Rivage Nice as a wonderful hotel to stay in Nice. I cannot wait to return again next year!

Poor house keeping.

It was nice! The shower was bit goofy with no door or curtain but otherwise clean.
