I usually stay at a "brand" hotel where I can get points, but I've been staying at Beau Rivage for years now because the location is excellent and the staff is most helpful.

We love your hotel and have been coming to your hotel for over twelve years, every year (except during Covid). I never feel that this loyalty is properly recognised or valued eg it would be nice to have reception say ‘welcome back’ or ‘lovely to see you again’ or a bottle of wine or some drinks vouchers for the bar etc to be offered as a gesture to acknowledge our loyalty.

I enjoyed staying at the Beau Rivage, staff were lovely and it was very well placed for the old town and good access to Nice Ville train station

Albeit it brief we really enjoyed our stay. Near to everything. Made you feel welcome and lovely breakfast. Clean and comfy.
