Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihr Feedback zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel mitzuteilen. Wir schätzen Ihre Anmerkungen sehr und bedauern, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht vollständig erfüllen konnten.

Wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise zur Renovierung der Zimmer ernst und sind uns bewusst, dass einige Bereiche unseres Hotels eine Auffrischung benötigen. Ihr Kommentar bezüglich des Einstiegs in die Badewanne sowie dem wackelnden Toilettendeckel wird umgehend an unser Wartungsteam weitergeleitet, damit wir diese Probleme schnellstmöglich beheben können.

Great location, adequate hotel but not otherwise impressive.

However, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your visit. Your comments about the cleanliness of your room, particularly concerning stained carpets and bathroom maintenance issues, are taken very seriously. We strive to maintain high standards in all areas of our hotel, and it is clear we fell short in this instance.

We also regret that your experience at breakfast did not meet expectations—slow coffee service and food quality are certainly not what we aim for. Your observations will be shared with our culinary team so that we can improve these offerings moving forward.

The hotel was located in a prime location. The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall it was a great experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Beau Rivage. The only thing which was little difficult was the noise from the street, revellers at 2am, 3am then refuse collection at 6am, but this is not within your control.
