Your comfort is very important to us, and we understand how an A/C blowing directly on the bed can be disruptive. We were grandma 82 and granddaughter 18 on this journey and we are very satisfied with the hotel. We bought tickets for the beach for three days in the hotel reception. In spite that we were early on beach in the morning we got a very bad place the last day, next to public beach on the right hand site. There was a man there stiring at us all the time smoking mariuhana and asked for our parasol, he even came through the fench to move the parasol so he could lay in the shadow. He kept on asking for parsol, I tried to tell him off. In the end we got help form another guest to put the parsol right for us. The beach employees should no but and a young girl in a place like that. Very unplasant.

Mala!!!
Reserve plaza de parking y cuando llegue al hotel no tenían hueco para mi coche. Tuve que aparcar en un parking público. Lo peor de todo fue que un día después de realizar el check out, me di cuenta de que me habían cobrado el parking suyo que nunca utilicé y bebidas del mini bar que nunca consumí. ATENCION AL CLIENTE MALA. NO RECOMENDABLE

There are too many services that cost extra (Parking, beach lounger)
