This was our second time in your Hotel and will continue to stay there when in Nice.

We use this hotel because of its location. Compared to local prices it is reasonable value for money but the general shabbiness of the infrastructure is disappointing and at time annoying, especially when fittings are poorly maintained / not updated. Perhaps more money could be spent on getting the basics right. I come from the far east. Hotels less rated than this one (you are rated 4 star) are superior in quality of infrastructure, general attention to customer care and price. Perhaps any member of staff in your organisation who has been to Thailand, Bali, Singapore and stayed in an equivalently priced hotel might be able to provide useful feedback.

Bad the first two days. Satisfactory the last three days.

Look at comments about bathroom. Hotel looks tired and needs upgrade. Curtains in the room are hard to move. The window doors get stuck on carpet. Hard to find parking and no help in parking cars.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Nizza und Umgebung verbracht, bei unserem bisher vierten Besuch in der Region. Bei einem erneuten Besuch der Stadt, kommen wir gern wieder ins Hotel Beau Rivage zurück.

We had a perfect stay in the hotel. Including a swim in the sea nearby.

Overall, the location and the staff made the trip. I personally loved the location and felt very safe, however they could really work on the order and the rooms.
