Le immagini dell'hotel su Internet ci hanno fatto pensare ad una struttura più elegante ed efficente, proporzionata alla tariffa applicata ed alla categoria dichiarata. Il personale è gentile, ma non sempre all'altezza della situazione (camera consegnata in ritardo, bagagli non consegnati in camera, confusione nella gestione del beach package)

Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza presso il nostro hotel. Siamo spiacenti di apprendere che le immagini visualizzate su Internet non abbiano rispecchiato pienamente le aspettative in termini di eleganza ed efficienza della struttura. Ci scusiamo per i disagi riscontrati durante il suo soggiorno, come il ritardo nella consegna della camera e la confusione nella gestione del beach package.

Prendiamo seriamente in considerazione i suoi commenti riguardanti lo stato dei mobili, delle persiane e degli asciugamani. Faremo del nostro meglio per migliorare questi aspetti al fine di garantire un'esperienza più confortevole ai nostri ospiti.

Apprezziamo il suo riconoscimento nei confronti del personale gentile e ci dispiace che non abbia sempre soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Assicuriamo che prenderemo provvedimenti affinché vengano affrontati i problemi segnalati.

Lovely holiday which we enjoyed
Just found everything a bit expensive for us

The hotel is in a very good location for what we wanted in Nice. I think it is reasonably priced compared to other hotels. Just disappointed our rooms were not in the main building as they definitely are not the same standard. Issues we had eg parents moving rooms 3 times i feel some compensation could have been offered eg free passes to the beach maybe for a day or 2 as they paid these for 7 days. I have stayed here several times with my husband and we brought our family for a week i wish things could have run smoother and some compassion from the manager to solve the problems would have been appreciated. Overall though we had a nice stay. We love visiting Nice.

It is disappointing to hear that the rooms in the side building did not meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities. Your comments regarding the lack of storage, dirty carpet, outdated bathroom decor, and non-functional shower have been duly noted for immediate attention.
