Beautiful hotel, terrible experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you encountered, particularly concerning our service and room conditions.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location; however, it is disheartening to learn that we fell short in providing the level of service you expected and deserved. The delay in addressing your concerns, especially regarding the fault in your room and the intrusion during your DND request, is unacceptable and does not reflect our standards.

Furthermore, we regret that noise from the staff lift disrupted your stay, as well as any inconvenience caused by maintenance delays with both the broken plug and minibar issue. Please be assured that we will address these matters with our team to ensure improvements are made moving forward.

Great location, reception area very comfy but feel rooms could do with an upgrade. The first room we were given was definitely not a superior room, the room we had was much better.

Wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise zur Renovierung der Zimmer ernst und sind uns bewusst, dass einige Bereiche unseres Hotels eine Auffrischung benötigen. Great location, adequate hotel but not otherwise impressive.

The hotel was located in a prime location. The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall it was a great experience.
