Hôtel vieillot et mal entretenu. Propreté douteuse. Personnel de bonne volonté mais très junior et peu encadré. L'excellente localisation à Nice ne fait pas tout.

It was extremely hard to sleep. Loud traffic outside all night. Mabey something wrong with the window in room 206

la posizione dell'hotel è strategica e ottima per un turista, la camera era tranquilla e silenziosa, purtroppo a noi italiani manca molto la presenza del bidet, da migliorare l'organizzazione del parcheggio per l'auto, anche se abbiamo comunque potuto risolvere pagando una cifra maggiore di quella prevista.

We had a great experience here and would recommend it again. Service was excellent, they were very helpful anytime we needed anything, location was great, rooms were spacious and clean

Goed, maar toch bepaalde ontgoochelingen zoals hierboven beschreven!

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldeed, vooral wat betreft de service van onze stagiaires aan de receptie. We nemen uw opmerkingen zeer serieus en zullen dit intern bespreken om ervoor te zorgen dat onze gasten altijd de best mogelijke ondersteuning krijgen.

Daarnaast willen we onze excuses aanbieden voor het gebrek aan communicatie omtrent uw kamerstatus en het lange wachten op het lepeltje voor uw man. Dit is zeker niet hoe we onze gasten willen behandelen, en we zullen deze punten verbeteren.

The hotel was in the perfect location and staff and accommodations were wonderful. The only negative was the street noises until later hours. Our room was located on the front of the building, facing the Main Street.
